Firefox lets me put all of my browser controls, tabs, and the URL bar in a single 25px toolbar on Windows. I can hardly deal with other browsers based on vertical UI length alone, and the lack of a customizable UI just seals the deal.

It depends on what you mean by managing lots of tabs. If you mean in terms of system resources, then firefox and forks are more efficient, if you mean in terms of usability, then Vivaldi is better than the other Chromium based browsers.
