Card. Because USB in my experience tend to be unreliable, maybe due to heat. Not to mention I'm pretty sure you'd need USB 3.0 to get the speed from them, and USB slots are one of those things that you never seem to have enough of from time to time.
Just brought one of these, should arrive today.
