Does rEFInd support 32-bit EFI? If you can get that installed you should be able to install Linux.
Debian works. I have a tablet like that. Install REFInd or REFIt. Also, you may need to put "bootia32.efi" in the boot folder if you want Ubuntu.
Just Google Ubuntu 32bit efi and don't be retarded.
