someone posted pic similar with notifications yesterday
the solution was:
open regedit as administrator
go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Search
(if windows search is not there, right click Windows folder and add new key and name it Windows Search)
now in Windows Search add new Dword32 and name it AllowCortana. make the value 0.
Restart and no more cortana!
