Nope. I do use my phone for a Bluetooth PAN regularly though. I've got an NFC tag in my netbook so I can tap my phone to the palmrest and it turns on my Bluetooth PAN.

I do. I steal my the wifi of my neighbors (got a couple of their password, in case one network is being more used). My laptop can't handle the range as it has a really shit wifi card, and so I use the phone as a wifi router which tethers to my laptop that runs Manjaro. Really ghetto, but it works well.

i get my internet from retarded neighbors that can't configure their router properly XD

i didn't want to go through the hassle of setting up an internet contract. It was on a jailbroken iphone 3gs as well because it didn't support tethering by default so I had to hack the dman thing.

Connection was pretty good (1-3mbs), I even did forex trading while I was on it. Until my provider decided to cap speed and charge extra for going over certain amount of GB.
