This is very easy. All you need to do is run your own email server.

You will then realize that email services like gmail, outlook.com, your local isp, etc., all filter out at least 94% of all email messages before you ever even see any messages in your inbox, junk mail folders, etc.

If you run your own email server, unless you filter your incoming email stream with your own device like an IronPort device, or similar, you will experience the true deluge of useless crap email circulating on the internet.
