Noticed a trend where some people who cannot code (like math majors without any CS courses) look down on programmers and call them code monkeys and say CS is easy as shit.

Doubt they'd be successful in an Operating Systems course (as a first exposure to CS).

What are your thoughts on this?

I ask as a pure math major that codes.
