No they fucking don't. Now themes just need to be able to change the color of the fucking URL bar without relying on system's default and everything is golden. Meanwhile Vivaldi is still doing it better.

why do people think an image of their shit waifu + that image in the titlebar looks 'ok'
i suspect largely because chrome doesn't actually want users to change too much
