FF 10.x ESR is quite good. No stuff that came later like high quality image resizing or memory opts, but does html5 well and plays weebms. You can even dig out an old adblock plus for it.

My first gen nintendo DS is actually capable of posting on here, if that could be done on a 50-something mhz processor and 8mb of ram, its definitely possible on anything newer
