I was able to browse 4chan on my Thinkpad 380ED
Though i couldnt be assed to do the javascript workarounds to reply to anything

My first gen nintendo DS is actually capable of posting on here, if that could be done on a 50-something mhz processor and 8mb of ram, its definitely possible on anything newer
