I have 2 gmails and a protonmail. Works great in a browser. I'm not sure what a mail app would give me. Last one I used was thunderbird in 2009.

The one built into macOS. Works well enough.

Yes. My work uses Google Mail, and I have a few others all on there. Integration is very easy.
It's just called "Mail" and is on Macs by default.
I travel for work, so whenever an email comes in with a flight or hotel it automatically adds it to my calendar and creates a notification.

Evolution, Claws-Mail and Thunderbird are the best. If you are using GNOME then evolution is best since its effectively built in.

I have a yahoo email (i know i know i know) so when i check my email, its auto ass blasting whatever yahoo wants to show me
