On 8.1 now. Been using it after switching from OSX about 2 weeks ago.

For my uses there isn't that much different, but I'm surprised at how garbage Windows (at least 7 and 8) are at virtual desktops. OSX was amazing at that and even now I sometimes boot into Ubuntu for it.
