If it was a semiconductor, then yes.
If not, you're just gonna have a CPU that can never dissipate its heat.
If it doesn't have any resistance, then sure, you could use it to make very thin high current wires, otherwise when you run current through it it's just gonna get hot and never, ever cool down.
