I'm using a LG G4. I usually just try to reduce a bit of the contrast by slightly brightening up the blacks and bringing down whites a bit, because dark pictures like this one usually come out with strong contrast, but I try not to go overboard with anything, and just stick to low numbers on Camera Raw.

Turn down their brightness, and generally just try to have them around the same level of the brightness of the lights on the rest of your room. They look overexposed because you're exposing for everything else but them, and if you do the reverse they look fine but then the room gets underexposed. Balance it out and both look good.

Just try to turn down the brightness on the monitors themselves, either through their OSD or something like Flux.

It looks pretty cool though, but a bit messy. If you can route the cables next to the TV a bit better using stuff like zipties or velcro straps it can look a lot better. Also some extra lighting from a lamp would do wonders.

Pic is a PC I built for GF. It has a single 120mm fan thru a 120mm rad AIO cooler, running an overclocked i3. Great temps, and basically silent. It is lined with cut up yoga mat, with baffles for the outward air-vent (also yoga mat). She wanted an optical drive, which was annoying because it presented a huge limitation on how much I could shrink the form.
