Congrats for not falling for the Windows 10 botnet.
>>
>>58707352

I was waiting 6 years to do whole upgrade, so when I did, I wanted to get more powerful parts than needed. Thats why I went with 16gb instead of 8gb and i7 instead of i5 (or i3).

Now every day I start PC, I feel good simply by thinking about how powerful it is. I do hope that this CPU will last for another 6 years.

Also I have a huge compilation of selfmade AVS presets that I run every time I listen to music and they only run on Winamp.

Searched the ASUS forum they told me to run AI Suite 3, in that it shows 27C. It's not a faulty sensor, more like every monitor software besides their own does not seem to work with this MOBO.

Think i am going to sell my laptop before it becomes to irrelevant and buy something with a single 1060-1070. Also SLI has worked great the entire time Ive used it and i have never encountered framerate issues.
Also:
gtx 970s actually have 6GB each
full desktop class i7 6700k
the raid 0 is dual 950 pros

Any suggestions on what i should ask for it?
I paid 1900$ for the laptop itself and then an additional 400$ for the 950 pros.

CPU is actually a N455.
Cant barely play 720p, no high bitrate or 60FPS stuff.
>1GB RAM
Just werks and BIOS wont let me add a 4GB stick and i haven't got a free 2GB in a while and i doubt i will buy one.
>HDD
Damaged and slow (70MB/s tops sequential R/W).

>Upgrade it
I might aswell buy a X200 or a X220 of how expensive it will be.
Charger is damaged because ASUS decided that using a needle as a charger would be a fucking good idea.
Battery is really worn out but still works for 1 hour, gotta love Atom CPUs.

>120GB SSD($45), Charger($20), 2GB DDR3 ($10-15)
Total $75-80
>X200
Total $70-80

I used an Atom N455 for years, it shouldn't be that bad. Hell I'd still be using an Atom N455 if the laptop didn't break. I might even go back to it.

For what i actually use the laptop is way more than enough(Sending emails, Office and excel, reading news).

But when it comes to playing videos in a browser it fails miserable.
No problems with CCCP.

I would get rid of it but the laptop is really lightweight(1Kg) and more than enough for what i use it for.

Also i dont wanna spend $80 on a new one if i already have something that works.

I'm overdue some years with my GPU and it's the only thing I'm interested in upgrading at the moment.

What's good in the market around 4-500?

I only use it on my purely gayman PC.

On my main I'm still on 7, and Mint.

It's not actually as bad as people claim, honestly.
