$21.67 / TB
I've heard nothing but good things about these drives, should I go ahead and get one? All my 2TB's are filling up since I'm offloading my SSD's.

I wouldn't even buy that if I was using RAID 0

well at least it's not a seagate.
from the reviews most of these were barely ever restarted and just spun for a few years, not so much 'refurbished' but 'repurposed'.
i mean these are enterprise drives designed for millions of hours MTBF, not some sea crate constellation.

RAID 0 has no redundancy you silly goose. If one drive dies in a RAID 0 array, all your data is corrupted. You're thinking about RAID 5.

should I get 256 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD or 256 GB SSD and 2 TB HDD?
7K3000 and 7K4000 are really cheap and powerful but... THEY MAKE LOUD NOISE.

buying a 1TB HDD is not cost effective, 2TB minimum.

that's what i hear about the x300 toshitba drives but they go for a good price on sale pretty often, considering the 128 MB cache.
