When I first got an NAS I tried something similar to this, basically what happened was my computer would download the data from my NAS and upload that data rather than seed from the NAS, which basically doubled the data usage and my computer was bottlenecking the upload speed.
It's better to torrent on the seedbox then download a copy of the data off of the seedbox, and just let the seedbox manage the torrents. If you want to seed from both at once, well... I'm not sure.
