I'm building a NAS, and would like to know about a good AMD-based cpu/mobo combo for this task.

I'm following the #BSD movement guidelines, so I'm boycotting Intel. Hence the reason I'm going solely for AMD.

Budget is 350 bucks

Overkill. 8320 would be better. Or if you can pickup an 8350 underclock it. Also get EEC RAM.
