C++ as a serious language, Python as a scripting language (because if you try to automate every little thing in C++ you'll go insane).

Java if you don't give a fuck about programming and just need a job ASAP.

python is good , java sucks, but C# is much better. But for the future you may consider python as it is adapt in machine learning. Meaning that as demands for programming for machine learning increases so will the demand for python programmers. Fuck just learn to code.

If you have to ask /g/, it doesn't really matter much which language you learn. The basic concepts are the same anyway, it's just the syntax that differs.

all of those are really useful languages tbqh, but in your position I'd probably just pick python

Go for Java.
All 3 are mediocre languages, but the tooling and library support of C++ and Python is nowhere near Javas. It's also easier to create and use libraries.

Java is at a weird spot.
If you need speed, pick c++
If you need ease of use, pick Python

I guess pick Java if you need to do something no other language does, like native Android programming. But then, you could use Kotlin or Scala or C# for that.
