I figured out it caches the photo if you upload from the same URL. So I thought what if you could upload it to the website which changes the URL, then use the website to download its own image.
It gave me a long ass waiting time for every single instance I triggered the site to upload and download from itself so it wasn't caching the image. It also gave a unique URL for every single photo despite them being the same.

Wow, keep at it for a few years and they might have to spend 40$ on another hard drive (or just hash every photo and delete duplicates with a bash oneliner).
