I currently have AT&T U-Verse that is the following:
TV (Never use it, but am forced to get it)
Internet (45mpbs but is never that fast)
Phone (Never use it, but am forced to get it)
My monthly total is $167.46
Google is building Google Fiber in my neighborhood and I will get it in the next few months. (I live in Cary, NC)
Should I go I get it? Will they monitor all my traffic and stalk me? I do some 'shady' stuff and AT&T has never talked to me about it. Will Google care?

nope, looked at plenty of cp with Google fiber, they only notice when you leave torrents seeding for more than an hour.
