Hello everyone. I am doing some research for my final major dissertation and my topic is about how design and technology influence the future of retail design.
There are few areas that I have been looking at, such as concept stores, Beacons, Mobile payment, Virtual reality in retail, Touch screen technology
Would be much appreciate if you could leave your comments and expand your ideas and thoughts on the topic.

E-commence are taking a big share in the market. For retailers to overcome such issues might be difficult because online shopping is convince and easy to access. Therefore, retailers need to create some kind of connection with their customers as well as giving them a shopping experience that online store could not offer.
