I know /g/ is basically reddit's retarded older brother with schizophrenia at this point so I'll explain it to you. The point of it is it coming with KDE.
Yes you can install Linux on a cheaper chinkshit notebook and install KDE on it, but normies don't even think that option exists.
For them, they find a cool looking notebook in a store that comes with a shiny new OS and if they're curious enough, they're gonna try it out.
The idea is to reach people who would normally never even know that Linux even exists and give them a chance to try it out and form their own opinions on it.
