Budget? I'd grab a 480 4gb or 1060 6gb if it does better in your games. 470 and 480 are the best values at the moment.

For budget in 1080 the get the xfx 480 gtr. If you're gayman at 1440 get a 1070 instead.

Get a 1070. Built mine last January for $900. Nothing for me to upgrade but ram and SSD this year, if I don't want to just move to 1151 socket by then.
