My secondary pc, got all the parts except the case and psu for free when my cousin upgraded. Ignore the faulty motherboard sensor, the bios reads the correct temperature. I plan on putting either a RX 470 or 1050 TI in it, right now it has a cheap Raidmax Comet cse that came with a shitty 385 watt psu. I will upgrade it later.

You can shitpost from your main machine you see. Secondary machine may be good for backup in case something breaks in your main machine and you're waiting for neqw parts, but the other two machines can go.

Got this last month, pretty satisfied with it. Hook it up to my 4k tv and runs most games just fine, even horizon 3 has very few dips under 60.

Just put this together, haven't over clocked the CPU yet buy my 1080 can go 2000MHz on the core and 1350MHz on the memory. Maybe a dumb question but how is GPU memory speed calculated? nVidia says a stock 1080 is "10 Gbps", GPUz reports it being 1350 and that's with it being plus 400 in the over clocking tool.

Just sell the GTX 970. CPU-wise I wouldn't touch anything slower than a haswell i5, so keep the i7. It's super shitty when you get bottlenecked by the CPU while working/multitasking.

HERE, WATCH PICRIL AND HAVE SOME GOOD QUALITY KEKS.
This old machine was with me for 5 years. A few months back i had to take a new graphics card since mine died and i bought R9 380. Because it is cold and relatively silent even under pressure. Now i want to go full upgrade around it, any suggestions on whats meta today?
I like to have it silent and cool but without overdoing the cooling system. Performance per value is important and i'm not rushing for ultra graphics because i am an old fag who played Q3 with picmip above 3. I guess i need new MB, CPU, i can use old ram or is there realy a reason to upgrade it atm? I'll also get one hdd for all the bullshit and toss away all those old fuckers who were with me for 10+ years.
