Depends. You should definitely use the LTS kernel. Antergos offers the option for that in the graphical installer. Otherwise every Kernel update will be installed as soon as it's released. This will break stuff, so use LTS and it's gonna last as long as any Ubuntu with the advantage of never having to do a version upgrade because of the rolling release.

Might I add that pretty much every Linux problem is repairable.
