The pc I built years ago has been fine until now. For some reason, soon after logging in I get blue screen of death with no error code. The computer is moving much more sluggishly so I reseated the ram. This wasn't the problem as my pc detects both sticks and they don't seem to have any load on them. I thought it might have been the hard drive so I installed Windows on an empty old hdd I had laying around but it's still doing the same thing. Has anyone had anything similar to this happen before? I'm losing my mind and need my pc for schoolwork.
install gentoo
Resit everything, remove everything can be removed, and try with less sticks of ram.

and try to see if you can see the logs of the OS, sometimes they have very useful info right before a crash.

Get new RAM friend.
Win 10?
Any recent updates?
Checked drivers?
Checked CPU?
Check Temps.
Reseat video card.
Make sure both video card and CPU heatsink have new thermal compound
Try with different ram entirely. One of the sticks may be failing.

Yes
Don't think.

How do you mean? I've looked at task manager to see if cpu or ram get overloaded but see no activity from either
