Thoughts on OMEMO? Will Pidgin ever implement it? Are you using it over OTR?

I'm currently trying out OMEMO with a freind and I like it quite a bit.

You could try getting your friends on XMPP, Install F-Droid for them and Conversations, or let them use Xabber.
