How do you organize your files, /g/?

>music, movies, manga, vidya etc
All goes inside a VHD

>loose files (porn)
tagged and organized in hydrus

well first i download them to the desktop
then, at a later date, i go through them and move them to their folders
then at a later date, i go to the root folders of each file type and originate them further.

haha. just kidding, they all stay on the desktop.

i keep my desktop completely empty, important files are organised within folders in the Documents and Downloads library. different types of Videos and pictures are also organised within their libraries. Porn and movies/tv shows are hidden with a file hider and only accessible through Kodi.

I try to download everything in decicated folder but some goes on desktop where i try to get rid of it as soon as possible
