Not too happy with my current set up, I've only just built my desktop and gotten the second monitor (the smaller one on the right) so a new desk will be my next eventual purchase. I initially had the second monitor on the desk but I couldn't play an games properly (mainly CS:GO) so had to move the audio mixer for the turntable away.

Right hand unit has my turntable, record collection and PS3. My phone camera sucks too.

Not a fan of what I'm assuming are a Razer mouse + keyboard, but I do respect the AudioEngine speakers, AKG(?) headphones and proper mic setup.

Depends on how likely vibrations are to travel up the arm.
You're less likely to need it than if you have it on your main desk, but if you have things like an old, creaky floor, or set things down on that piece of furniture, or if the furniture is prone to rocking / moving around, or if roommates / neighbors are often walking around, etc, it's still a good idea to get one.

Some mics are also more prone to picking up vibrations than others. IE: The Yeti is famous for it, and often picks up more than the AT2035 or Rode NT-USB might.
If you have a standard mic, you might as well grab one since it's only $20-50. Because of the Yeti's size, you have to buy that custom one for like $80 (since the official one by Blue is shit).

All of these are possible. USB, DC adapter, even molex to DC adapter. There is no right way to do it, just figure out where you want to point your IR remote, the controller and its power supply needs to be somewhere in that spot.

I got some LED strips from Ikea when I picked up my desk.
Have them running along the arms of my monitor mount, and one under the desk in the cable rack.
It has a hub they all connect to, which uses its own outlet.
The color wheel / controller is taped under the desk beneath the mouse pad via double-sided tape.

There's a lot better these days for both the ambient and internal PC lighting than what I got, but as other anons said, you can go with whatever.

Nice. Did you get the Wenge wood one too? Regardless, it's going to look nice and they're comfy. I'm thinking about buying a 60% one for the other keyboard I ordered.

Only thing I should mention is that it comes with a coating that makes the surface really smooth, but that wears out very quickly. It's not uncomfortable or anything, but if you want to keep that you might need to apply some sort of varnish or finish on it afterwards. It's still a solid piece of wood, and even without that coating it feels nice.

Should reevaluate what you need to keep or what to toss from your desk (CD collection, calendar, etc).
Update the desk while you're at it - or just get rid of the top shelves, and move your M+KB from the tray up onto the desk itself.
Though your KB tray is wide enough it isn't a huge issue.

I just cleaned my desk a bit, and also made some changes
Implemented wireless charging in that 3DS stand (will post pics later on request), added a raiser for the monitor so I can sotore comfy and also put my HDD and Zip Disquettes box under it
Also modeled and 3D printed a glass hanger so I'll never have them on my desk anymore.
