The largest problem is that you can't say it is shit. Too lazy to find again, but there are tons of meta threads where a new user comes on and suggests something and then they get bullied. Read the meta threads about elitism and the not friendly to new people threads. I have deleted many users there and restarted accounts because I couldn't take it and I can say that you get treated differently if you have 100 points.

Other points include:
