Depends on what you're looking for.
I'm looking for a botnet free live distro that actually works, any recommendations?
>>
>>58622345
Linux Mint if you want something that works and looks like Windows and you can easily adjust.
>>
>>58622398
I'm looking for the best.

Ubuntu for people new to linux.
>>

How do I get this in gentoo?

Im using awesomeWM and I only see thumnails when I click a file.
>>
Linux Mint overall.
Debian good but ugly.
Arch meme.
Antergos maybe.
Ubuntu is fucking retarded.
Solus is okay for being new.

Arch will actually teach you how to use Linux and it won't give you an aneurysm trying to install it.

oh and you can probably pretty much guarantee it will just fucking work.
>>
>>58624745

Going "hard" enough to install Arch but still,

patch firefox. not shitting you here.

mozilla refuses to actually support KDE because they're lazy freetards
>>
>>58624810

people are literally being told to write their own patches for firefox cause it sucks so bad

DOS
>>
>>58622409
That's nonsense garbage.

Solus has a 3 seconds boot time and no packages.

Ubuntu is the best for beginners but controverted, I'd recommend you this one.

Archlinux is nice if you already have a little knowledge of how a computer works, which is probably not your case.

FreeBSD is stable, secure, and supports all Windows NT drivers OOTB, but doesn't support systemd.

OpenBSD is extremely secure, which is a side-effect of having simply very good code, but is not for beginners and again doesn't support systemd.

Maybe Fedora is nice but I don't understand why.

Mageia has a powerful system frontend called drake.

Kali Linux is nice for offensive security and has pre-patched wireless drivers for aircrack-ng.

Raspebian is great as a home server (MPD instance, Twitter bot, media player, etc.).

So if you want the "best", just pick the one that best suits to your user case.

Can you please share your wallpaper?

GNOME is fine. But you should use Libreoffice.
