I just installed LTSB 2016 N. I actually kinda like it so far. And I had 1511 Enterprise before that and despised the OS.

LTSB N removes almost all of the bullshit (no edge, no cortana, no store, no shitty start tiles, no ads), and the rest you can turn off through GPO. I still like Win7 better, but I'd argue Win10 LTSB N is actually a passable OS, as opposed to pretty much every other version.

From switching between hackintosh/linux distros for almost a whole year, just recently I installed Windows 7 on an old computer I'm selling to someone because I did not trust W10 to make his life easy. It's really just the zeitgeist to me. I don't have much of a choice. I run linux but I'm seriously depriving myself by completely ditching windows. I need it for word for when libreoffice is going to completely fail at rendering a docx well enough and I like to play pc games. My Nvidia drivers for linux are total garbage and even then my library of games is limited although significantly better than it was in the past.
