As long as you store the data using something that has mass (which electrons do) then the weight will increase the more data is stored.

So yes, bytes have weight.

However for non-ionizing media (I assume most use this nowadays) the weight is signifcantly less then an electron, for ionizing media it is about an electron.

Given how freaking little that weights it is not even worth mentioning. If you want to find the actully value yourself as I don't have time, or just assume 1 byte = 1 electron for simplification.
