Forgive my ignorance by why do high end CPUs (specifically K series) have integrated graphics? Surely the CPU could be further improved by removing it since the vast majority of K series users have a GPU.

Why would they make a special chip with no iGpu?
>>58595903
because the removed igpu version is the X version
basically a 5960X is a 4790 with the igpu changed for more cores.
Probably something to do with the Jews
>>58595903
Keeping a backdoor open for someone probably.

Because the igpu is redundant for the majority of end users of that product. For non-K CPUs I can certainly see it but if you're buying K you're doing so because you're either a good goy or you'll be OCing it. In both cases those consumers will have a GPU.

But would Intel go to the extra cost and manufacturing time to change the design? What would it benefit them?
xenons don't have igpu iirc

Completely driving AyyMD out of business
The kikes need to put useless shit on our tech in order to justify their made-up prices

high end intel chips don't have igpus, the nomenclature is say broadwell-e which includes i7-6800k through to i7-6950x and has been this way since at least sandy bridge
i7-6700k is decidedly not a high end chip for this reason despite it being the best consumer grade desktop chip

Isn't so if your primary card fucks up you can still navigate desktop? I had nvidia driver issue disable my card and I was able to rectify it falling back onto integrate d gfx to troubleshoot??

Because some people use it and making a special die for a particular segment is a waste of money.
