What would happen if someone is on a tor network already, and then uses an OS like tails that also connects through tor?
would going through tor double up or negate something or what?

Typically they would receive a polite knock and the door accompanied by the word "fucko"

>tor is a really dangerous and edgy place
it's just a bunch of conspiracy schizos talking nonsense and some politics
>>58589166
Uhm.. what? Why would you do that. Plus, you can set the Tor nodes to use to a higher number than default 3

answer the question

No. Complexity kills security. In this case if it doesn;t kill it, it definitely does no improve it.

+ Increase the number of nodes if you want better security than default. Look on their FAQ. On the downside, perfrmance plummets.

>perfrmance plummets.
yeah but that doesn't matter, it's just shitty text only forums like intel exchange. thanks for the info though

>yeah but that doesn't matter
It does though. It's not just the bandwidth that goes down, the latency also drops significantly. You may be okay with a second of latency, but ten seconds is too much. And for each extra node you add, the greater the risk of network failure, and you'll have to establish a new tor connection, which also takes a lot of time.

This. Now share those pizza sites.
what's the concensus anyway? Qubes+Whonix or Tails?
