We did better GUI in 1995.
It fucking 2017 already!!! Can't graphic designers start learning things and stop jerking off to ugly shit like that?
>>
I remember using it back in 2008

Not sure, has nothing to do with my queston.

Looks quite good except the task bar and window switchers at the bottom. Some nice sleek design would improve the overall look.
>>
>>58587788
Indeed. But my idea is to run it on an old laptop.
>>
>>58587716
Its really outdated sadly

You would be better installing minimal debian with a very lightweight WM

Unless your laptop is very old like a Pentium 3 from 2000
>>
>>58587716
For old systems, NO. Try to browse any modern site with 128MB RAM and watch how all your computer slows down while the drive is used as swap.
>>
if you need myh minimalism go for alpine or if you got the time do your own LFS
>>
>>58587716
If you want a small linux, use any of the distributions that have the option to come without a pre-installed desktop environment, like Arch, Debian, Funtoo, Void, Alpine, or even LFS.
Then you install only the packages you need. That keeps the system as minimal as possible.

god, i miss fluxbox.

>>
