What Xeon Workstation do you use?

Might picking up a DS30 with 2x Xeon 2670's soon.
Only thing I'm trying to figure out is what I can throw in it to support 3-4 1920x1080p monitors with no hassle..

I'll be either using Arch, Gentoo, or Slack. I'll be using it for VM work, programming, library management, and whatever else I can't think of right now.

This Dell T620 with 2xE5-2680s has left me set on computing power for the next decade assuming Intel stays the trajectory.
Does everything without breaking a sweat.
Supports multiple GPU passthroughs although I'm looking to offload storage over fiber from my DL380G5 as well as a solution to host a number of external PCIe devices.

My current one has a 2658v3 engineering sample (a ~40% downgrade from the 2670s) but it's ITX

I use it for running servers, VMs, programming, some neural network stuff, and occasionally attempting to play games with 2GB vram and garbage-tier single thread performance
