A domain registration itself won't get touched.. only the hosting might; which you need to justify the IP for. Just pick some Russian shit that will ignore the abuse letters altogether.
To be honest even at my company (fairly respected EU name with many other areas of business) we just pass the message(s) along and leave it at that.

Prepare to hop around a lot and use multiple servers/sites to switch between in order to keep it all up and running. Store/relay illegal content on some nameless bitcoin solution and use masked embedding etc.
You should be covered by DPA by your hosts, but if you incriminate yourself then the third party could do literally anything.
