LG. Why would anybody by a Samsung TV ever? I'm not even being a fanboy. I've owned multiple and I've never met a person who didn't have issues within 1.5 years in their Samsung's. They're notorious for capacitor, main board and panel failures.

If you're paying $1700 for Samsung 8000, you're being cucked.

Unless you meant 9000, then at 55", price seems appropriate but still a tad bit high.

You should be able to get a KS8000 55" around $1000.


Don't bother with OLED. The tech is too new and very expensive. If you're a gamer, Samsung 8000/9000 is the way to go.
