Hello,
I wasn't quite sure which board to post this on but you guys seem to know the most about this kind of thing.The internet in the UK has slowly and slowly become more restricted and censored and somewhat recently they added certain types of pornography to the banned list. As a person who lives in the UK who wants to access this which of these methods puts me more at risk?
1: Visiting a site once, downloading and storing the material locally
2: Visiting a site every few days and streaming.
With the new addition of ISP's now storing all of your history for the past two years would it be better to say you accidentally went onto the site once rather than a few times a week?

Download and store anything locally you can get, within reason. (Don't hoard anything broadcast OTA since you can find it streaming free)
Also, HDD's are dirt cheap and the cloud is complete horseshit for large/long-term storage.
As far as your freedom being controlled by an invasive surveillance state, you better make sure Brexit actually goes through or you're fucked.
