Serious question: what are you so concerned about loosing?

1. Burn a Linux Live CD or USB. I assume it's immune to whatever shit you've just installed.
2. Rescue important files from your AIDS riddled computer to an external HDD or something.
3. Format your pc.
4. (optional) Download a free trial of Kaspersky or some decent antivirus like that and scan the external HDD before copying anything to your computer again.
