Using a mini mobo, it hasn't touched the case, I promise. I didn't need to use 2 standoffs because the board is already elevated by others screwed into the edge of the case. Put in the rest of the standoffs anyways, still didn't work.

Update: The case LED to signify that the PC is on turned on. The power cord wasn't quite in place, but no case fans or anything else worked.
