It will have been 4 years this summer since I got my current PC.
Do you think that's too soon to upgrade entirely and get a new one?

You could buy a new gpu if you play vidya. The rest is fine.
Your computer is fine. Hardware hasn't come on much since then. Current GPUs are just an iteration of your 7900 series, and current CPUs are no better than their Sandy Bridge equivalents clock per clock.
If you're cleaning it regularly then you're prob fine

Get liquid cooling/high end cooler blast them 4.6ghz on the I7 and get a new videocard. No need for upgrade beyond that. Also check your bios ram settings and make it run on 1600mhz 9 9 9 24

Whatever you do, keep the OEM disk and key so your PC can live forever.
>Mine on it's second reincarnation from Home Edition.
Wait for DDR4 to be mature and Intel to release their 7th Gen CPUs. You are set then :^)
