Throw some feathers or whatever on some motorized tracks around the belt. Have motors in the buckle pull the tracks back and forth rapidly. That should work, assuming that gets you ticklish and not just annoyed.

Okay, you're getting there, but what happens if the signal gets interrupted? Does it continue until the connection is reestablished (or battery dies), or is it fail-safe? Would there be very limited controls in the belt itself (i.e. start, stop, set speed) and the logic is entirely controlled by the app? Or would it have some preset function capabilities (i.e. 5 minutes at full blast, 30 minutes of light tickling, sine wave patterns, etc)? Would this be programmable? What kind of authentication is used?
