In the last thread, somebody adviced me the etymotic earbuds, but do they completely cut off the voices, or will I still ear them ?
Do you mean real voices of people around you or schizo voices
both

Who are you replying to?
I had Shure 215 for a while.
Couldn't hear anything at the workplace. Not just voices, couldn't hear heavy machinery being driven around me.

Just get standard earphones like the Eiaosi X6 and pair them with memory foam tips. Once the seal is completed in my ear I can't hear anything around me at all.

Nothing will ever cut out your real voices. Accept it and move on.
Ty dude, another witness ?
SE215 already got a memory foam tips (it looks like)

You will not get any better sound isolation than Etymotics achieve. Sure you will still hear something but the level of attenuation is rather extreme. They also sound amazing.

The SE215 looks better than the Etymotic, I see no difference between the 2
>>58469944
Are you hearing voices? or do you mean ambient noise?
>>58472737
except the considerably higher isolation of every etymotic, much more accurate and flatter response of etymotics, different form factor and insertion depth... they really couldn't be much further apart when the muddiest shure is the comparison.

Have you tried taking your meds
>>58469944
Nigga you gone need a lot more than ear buds to cut out the voices in your head
>>58469944
Using the se 215 right now, they do a good job of isolating outside noise if you use the memory foam tips.

Etymotics are bar none the best brand for IEMs.
Even their cheapest buds, the MC5, are leagues better than the competition in sound isolation and flatness of response.
They're more accurate than the MDR-7506, and they even somewhat rival $400 headphones. They're amazing, but make sure to pull them out slowly when removing them, as you can sometimes pull out the bud without the tips, which is hard to remove by themselves.
