Whenever I play audio or video in chrome, I get artifacts and sound glitches. Pic related. The sound glitches sound like quick robot orgasms. But they're inconsistent, I either get visual artifacts, or robot orgasms, rarely both.

Firefox is fine but I use Steams in game browser to listen to music while I'm playing games so yeah.

Something about Chrome forcibly using VP9 (I might be wrong on what it's called exactly) even though it doesn't have hardware acceleration yet.

ENABLE hardware acceleration, then do this

ffmpeg documentation states 2 pass encoding can improve quality of webms, especially regarding artifacts in static backgrounds.
