ARM. It could disappear from the face of the Earth forever with no significant effect on existing software. All iOS applications would need to be re-compiled, some Android applications would need to be re-compiled, desktop everything would be completely unchanged. Meanwhile, there are multiple RISC ISAs that can pick up the slack. MIPS and POWER both stand a chance to get back into the game, and RISC-V would make an excellent up and comer once it can actually get some decent hardware implementations.
