It seems like an okay chair but can you get your screen in a place comfortable for your neck and eyes? I might be wrong in assuming you work with computers, though I'm pretty sure chairs like this won't work in meetings.

About the back support, you don't need it. Where I come from, we used to train children not to lean back by giving them chairs without back. Leaning back is considered to be literally for plebians.

I can imagine a good chair would be preferable for gaymers though.

As a code artisan I only sit on the finest bean bags sourced from locally grown organic materials.
