Redpill me on cheap monitors like those from AOC.
I just need something with at least 1920x1080 res, speakers and hdmi.

it's been a while since I've seen /g/ shilling them, but the 27" Korean 1440p monitors on ebay for $200 aren't bad
I just bought a qnix last year and it's been stable at 100hz after I overclocked it. No regrets so long as you get a proper VESA stand or arm or something.

Oh, and there will be dead/stuck pixels. I think there are 4 on my monitor, but I don't even remember where they are because at 1440p the dot is so small
I have an AOC 2367, the screen's not bad, tilt mount that can be detached, but the screen buttons are in a crap spot, the speakers aren't great, and the headphone jack seems to crap out after a while, so I end up using the computer's jacks. I bought it because it was one of the cheaper monitors with 2 HDMI ports, and after about 6-9 months the monitor died, but I got a replacement of it fairly easily. Don't know if I'd buy another one though
Is there a database of (cheap) monitors that can be overclocked?

Seconding this redpill. I want something that's at least 1440p and with excellent picture quality. No speakers or other shit required.
