Seems like a good proof of concept. It's very like Opera to think ahead.
The video pop-out feature does seem nice, but other than that it looks like crap. As someone who always has 50+ tabs open, visual tabs seem more of an annoyance than a good feature. And... split screen mode? Every existing browser does that already, it's called having two separate browser windows.
